One-to-one training to build strength and energy to alleviate stress, move more efficiently and prevent injury.

One-to-one fitness programs focus on achieving improved results, for you personally. Your workout is guaranteed to be challenging and effective, because it is individually designed to target your specific fitness concerns.

Sessions include: Full warm-up, cool-down and trainer assisted stretching.

Packages range from 10 to 50 one-hour sessions.

Buddy Training enables two individuals to share a one-hour session. The Buddy training program is designed to target the needs and goals of two individuals who share the same fitness concerns. Sign up with a “Buddy” or one may be available to pair with you within the Soul Strong Studio family. Always challenging, always fun!

Sessions include: Full warm-up, cool-down and self-assisted stretch routine.

Buddy packages available are 10 one-hour shared sessions (per buddy).
